American States Summer Studies & if States Were Playing Cards w/Schedule

The rules to the card placement went as follows:

Ace is the highest of value, when a state was placed in their highest category position e.g. California being #1 in entertainment means that even if it was number 5 in median household income means it will only take the #1 spade position and no longer qualifies to be reused.

Hearts- Patriotism

Spades- Entertainment

Every state is to be included with the use of DC and US PR will be added to the 50 states.
